The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What's included in a cleaning visit?
    Kitchen: (wipe exterior of appliances, countertops, stovetop, sweep, mop and disinfect). Living room: (dust and clean surfaces, freshen up cushions, vacuum and mop) Dining room: (dust and clean surfaces, freshen up cushions, vacuum and mop) Bedroom(s): (dust and clean surfaces, mirrors, replace linens, vacuum and mop) Bathroom(s): (dust and clean surfaces, mirrors, tub, toilet, vacuum and mop)
  • Do I need to provide cleaning products or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • What are considered cleaning "extras"?"
    Cleaning inside refrigerator. Cleaning inside oven. Cleaning carpets stains. Cleaning inside microwave. Cleaning patio and/or gargage. Laundy service. If you have a need for any of the extra services, please let us know if advance so that we can provide pricing.
  • What happens if something is accidentally damaged?
    Lola's is bonded and insured. In the event that something of yours is damaged, we will investigate and repair or replace.
  • How much of my payment goes to the "cause"?"
    10% goes to LOVE in Motion That's a big deal that translates into an average cleaning job providing appreciation for 5 educators, healthcare providers and/or first responders! Payments Accepted

Cash, Venmo, personal checks (payable to Lola's.) and credit cards are accepted. If paying with cash or check, please leave payment on your kitchen counter in a sealed envelope addressed to Lola's. If you would like to pay with a card, click this link.

 

All payments are due in-full, prior to the day of your scheduled cleaning or on the day of your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? No problem, we ask that you would give us 24 hours so that we can plan accordingly. Simply, text or send a message via this link. Cancellations of less than 24 hours require payment in full. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our desire is that you be 100% satisfied. In the event that you are not, please contact us and we will make it right. It is that simple.
